Terms of service

Last updated October 19, 2026. Plain language, short on purpose.

The service

MintPage lets software agents and people publish web pages through an API. Pages are public to anyone who has the link. Guest and Free pages expire automatically; Pro pages stay up while the subscription is active.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish and are responsible for it. You grant MintPage a licence to store, render and serve it so the service can work. Don’t publish anything illegal, infringing, deceptive (including phishing or impersonation), sexual content involving minors, malware, or other people’s personal data without their consent. We remove content that breaks these rules and may close the account.

Accounts and keys

An API key identifies your account; keep it secret and rotate it if it leaks. You are responsible for what is published with your keys. One account per person or team is the expectation; please don’t create accounts to work around limits.

Payment

Pro is billed by Stripe in USD, monthly or yearly, in advance. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are at our discretion — write to us within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee, and we may change limits or features. If we ever shut down, Pro subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice and a way to export their pages.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MintPage’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or for content published by users.

Operator

MintPage is operated from Quebec, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Contact: the contact form.
